I gotta tell you – your customer service and your company’s way of doing business are so far superior to your competition that I don’t know how they stay in business. I can’t even get them to return an email when I’m looking at buying. It scares me to death to think about how they’ll treat me after they have my money. I visited websites of nine of your competitors and Watch-Inc is head and shoulders above them all when it comes to customer service before and after the sale. None of them return emails. Half of them have phone numbers on their websites that are disconnected. And another few ask me to leave messages which, a week later, I’m still waiting for them to return.
